Repair or replace the part
We clean and realign, or replace worn rollers, hinges, handles or latches.
Adjust and test
We adjust the window until it moves smoothly and locks firmly.
Tidy up
We clean the track and take away the old parts.

We work from inside the unit and do not lean outside. If a job needs outside access, we tell you before starting.
Can you fix several windows in one visit?
Yes. Send photos and the number of windows and we will plan one visit.
Is it better to repair or replace?
If the frame is sound, repairing parts is usually enough. If the frame is corroded or warped, we will tell you honestly.
