Questions about this service
Will you take a job with only a few tiles?
Yes. Send us photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is involved. If you have spare tiles from the original batch, keep them. They give the closest colour match.
Why did my tiles pop up?
Usually because the tile has lost its bond with the floor bed, and heat makes it expand. We check the tiles around it too, because hollow tiles nearby often fail next.
How long does tile work take?
Small replacements are often done in a day. Larger areas depend on size and drying time. Your quotation states the expected duration.
Can you match my existing tiles?
We will try to source the same or a close match. If an exact match is not available, we will show you options before any work starts.
