How we do it
Send photos
A photo of the damaged area and the tiles around it lets us tell you roughly what is involved before we visit.
Tap test
On site we tap every tile in the area to find hollow ones that have not popped yet, and mark them for you to see.
Remove and re-bed
Damaged and hollow tiles are removed, the old adhesive is cleared, and replacements are fully bedded with a movement-tolerant adhesive.
Grout, clean and photo report
We grout to match as closely as possible, clean up, and send before and after photos.

Why do floor tiles pop up?
Most often the tile has lost its bond with the floor bed over time, and heat or movement makes it expand until it lifts. Poor bedding during the original installation is another common cause.
My HDB flat is quite new. Will HDB repair it?
For original HDB-supplied floor tiles in flats up to 15 years old, HDB has said it will help with repairs, so check with your HDB branch first. If your flat is older, or the tiles were laid during your own renovation, we can help.
I don't have spare tiles. Can you match them?
We will try to source the same or a close match. If none is available, we will show you options before starting, such as using a feature tile or replacing a whole section.
Is it urgent?
Popped tiles have sharp edges and can lift further, so cordon off the area and avoid walking on it. WhatsApp us early and we will try to arrange a visit quickly.
