How we do it
Check and advise
We check the flush, seals and outlet, and tell you if a repair will do or a new bowl is better value.
Choose the bowl
Buy your own or let us supply one. We confirm the outlet type and distance to the wall so it fits.
Remove and install
The old bowl is removed and disposed of, the outlet is cleaned, and the new bowl is set level and sealed.
Test
We flush-test several times, check for leaks, and clean up.

Yes. Send us the model before you buy and we will check it suits your outlet (floor or wall) and the space.
How long does a replacement take?
Usually a few hours. The toilet can normally be used the same day once the sealant has set.
My toilet is choked. Can you clear it?
Yes. Tell us if water is rising or draining slowly, and whether other drains are affected, so we bring the right tools.
