We inspect the door, frame, hinges, closer and lock, and tell you what needs repair or replacement.
Plan around your hours
We schedule the work for quiet times and keep the entrance usable or secure.
Repair or replace
Closers, hinges and locks are adjusted or replaced, or the door is rehung or renewed.
Test and handover
We test the door through its full swing and closing, then clean up.

Can you work after we close?
Yes. Tell us your hours and we will plan around them.
Can you fix a fire door?
We can adjust closers, hinges and seals. A fire-rated door must remain compliant, and some work may need a specialist.
Does my door need to be fire-rated?
HDB main doors and fire exit doors in commercial premises are fire-rated, and a replacement must meet the same rating. Tell us the type of premises and we will advise what applies. Please confirm with HDB, your management office or the relevant authority.
