How we do it
Site check and measurements
We check the floor or wall for level, hollow areas and moisture, and measure up so you know how many tiles are needed.
Base preparation
Old tiles are hacked where needed, the screed is levelled, and wet areas get attention before anything is laid.
Setting out and laying
We plan the layout so cuts fall in the least visible places, then lay each tile fully bedded with falls towards drains in wet areas.
Grouting, cleaning and handover
Joints are grouted and cleaned, and we send you photos of the finished area before handover.

Can you tile over my existing tiles?
Sometimes, if the old tiles are firmly bonded and level. We check by tapping every tile first. If many sound hollow, hacking them out is the safer option.
Do I need to buy the tiles myself?
Either works. You can choose your own tiles, or we can source them. We will tell you the quantity to buy, including spares for future repairs.
How long before I can walk on new floor tiles?
Usually light foot traffic after 24 hours, depending on the adhesive used. We will tell you the exact time on the day.
Do you work on commercial washrooms?
Yes. We have retiled commercial washrooms, including accessible toilets, and can plan the work in phases so some facilities stay open.
