How we do it
Site visit and layout
We check the existing wiring and the board and agree where every point should go.
Plan and quote
You receive an itemised quotation and timeline before any work starts.
Rewire
Old wiring is removed and new cables are run in conduit, labelled and tidy.
Test and handover
Every circuit is tested before the walls are closed and power is restored.
What affects the price
- Size of the unit and number of points
- Whether walls are already open
- Distribution board upgrade
- Making good after the work (plastering, painting)
Every job is different, so we quote after seeing the site, or from your photos for simple jobs. The quote is itemised and free.

How do I know my wiring needs replacing?
Signs include frequent tripping, brittle or discoloured insulation and very few sockets. A site visit gives a clear answer.
Can I live in the unit during rewiring?
Usually not comfortably, as power is off for parts of the day. We will plan it with you.
Which electrical jobs need a licensed electrical worker?
New circuits, changes to fixed wiring and distribution board works must be done by a licensed electrical worker and tested before use. We will tell you honestly if your job needs one, and what it involves.
