How we do it
Identify the gasket
We check the profile of the seal and match it to the window frame and glass.
Remove the old seal
The old gasket is pulled out and the groove cleaned.
Fit the new gasket
A new gasket is pressed in evenly with neat corners.
Test
We close the window and check for gaps and a firm seal.

How do I know the gasket is the problem?
If the rubber is hard, cracked or loose and the leak is at the edge of the glass or sash, it usually is. Send a photo to confirm.
Can you match my existing gasket?
In most cases, yes. We take a sample or photo of the profile.
Will a new gasket stop all leaks?
It fixes seal leaks. If the frame or wall around it is leaking, we will tell you honestly.
