Remove and install
The old heater is drained, removed and disposed of. The new heater is mounted securely and connected.

Storage or instant water heater?
Storage heaters suit homes with more than one bathroom or a bathtub. Instant heaters suit a single shower point and save space.
How long does a replacement take?
Usually a few hours for a like-for-like replacement. Moving the position or changing pipework takes longer.
Do you handle work that needs a PUB-licensed plumber?
In Singapore, some plumbing work is regulated by PUB and must be done by a licensed plumber, for example installing a storage water heater or altering water supply pipes. When you send us the job, we will tell you upfront whether it falls under this and how it will be handled.
