Can you come today for a leak?
For urgent leaks we try to send someone the same day when a team is free. Meanwhile, turn off the valve under the sink or the main water valve to limit damage.
Why does my floor trap smell?
Usually the water seal in the trap has dried out, or there is a build-up of hair and grease. Clearing and refilling the trap often fixes it.
Will you need to hack my tiles?
Only if a concealed pipe is leaking and cannot be reached any other way. We will tell you before any hacking and include tile reinstatement in the quote.
Do you handle work that needs a PUB-licensed plumber?
In Singapore, some plumbing work is regulated by PUB and must be done by a licensed plumber, for example installing a storage water heater or altering water supply pipes. When you send us the job, we will tell you upfront whether it falls under this and how it will be handled.
