How we do it
Send a photo
A photo of the sprayer, hose and valve lets us bring the right parts.
Isolate and remove
We shut off the angle valve (or replace it if it is faulty) and remove the old set.
Install
New spray, hose and holder are fitted with proper seals, the holder fixed firmly to the wall.
Test
We test the spray and check every connection is dry.

Can you install a bidet spray where there was none?
Yes, if there is a water point nearby. If not, a new tee and valve can usually be added. Send us a photo of the area beside the toilet.
Why does my bidet spray drip when not in use?
Usually a worn seal inside the sprayer, or a valve left open with a tired hose. Replacing the set and closing the angle valve when not in use stops it.
Can you do it together with other small jobs?
Yes. Bidet spray replacement is quick, so it is worth adding other bathroom jobs to the same visit.
