How we do it
Site visit and measure
We measure the opening and check the condition of the wall around it.
Quote and approval check
You get an itemised quote. We also tell you what approval may apply to your block.
Remove and fit
The old window is removed carefully and the new frame is fitted level and plumb.
Seal and test
We seal around the frame, then check it opens, closes and locks properly.

How long does replacing a window take?
Fitting is usually done within a day per window, after the new window is made. Your quote states the lead time.
Will the new window stop the leak?
If the leak is from the frame or seal, yes. We check the wall and sealing too, because some leaks come from elsewhere.
Do I need approval before changing my windows or adding a grille?
Rules differ for HDB flats, condos and landed homes, and for what changes the look of the building. Check with HDB or your management office first. Tell us your block and we will advise what usually applies.
