A good repaint is mostly preparation: protecting the floor and furniture, filling cracks, patching old holes and sanding before the first coat. We do that part properly, so the finish is even and the room is ready to use when we leave.

How we do it
Colour and scope
We agree the rooms, colours and finish (matt, eggshell, sheen) and note any patching needed.
Protect
Floors are covered wall to wall, furniture moved and wrapped, switches and fittings masked.
Prepare
Cracks filled, holes patched, rough areas skimmed and sanded, stains sealed.
Paint and hand over
Primer where needed, then two finish coats. We remove the protection, clean up and walk through the rooms with you.

Do I need to move out while you paint?
No. We can work room by room so you can keep living there. Water-based paints have little smell and dry quickly.
How long does a whole unit take?
It depends on the size and how much patching is needed. Your quotation states the number of days.
Which paint brand do you use?
We work with common brands available in Singapore, or the brand and colour code you choose. It is listed on your quotation.
Can you finish before my tenant hands over?
Tell us the handover date when you message us and we will plan to finish before it.
